Turing Education takes pride in its team. We currently have 8 mentors; who are from 7+ nationalities, all STEM graduates, and most importantly have teaching backgrounds!
We have a cumulative of 10+ years experience in STEM education.
Aakash Arora | Founder & CEO

Aakash has a degree in Robotics Engineering from Queen Mary University of London. While in university, he worked part-time with multiple STEM education companies. His role included mentoring, teaching, and developing curriculum in python, microbit, lego robotics, C, and more. He won a QEnterprise fund at Queen Mary's hackathon along with an offer to join renowned incubator OneTech. He is also a national robotics olympiad winner and was invited to attend the global conference of educational robotics.
"During my stint at these companies, along with my experience in private tutoring - I saw major gaps; lack of industry-related learning outcomes, shortfall of student engagement, and no intersubjectivity. I believe any education, STEM or not, should be interdisciplinary - and should attract children's interest much like games do. At Turing education, we streamline technologies and softwares used in university and industry to a younger age, enabling them to receive life-long learning outcomes with every lesson. Also, where else on earth can you learn latin, computer science, and music production? And still align it with national curriculum? Nowhere else!"
Omar Mostafa | Mentor | Music Lead

Omar studied Computer Science at Queen Mary. He too, has worked part-time for a STEM education company along with HSBC. He is an independent production artist, with popular releases on sound cloud. He learnt music production from scratch, and he has developed an immersive curriculum ranging from garage band to industry-grade Logic Pro X which will have students producing in no time.
